Responsibilities include monthly close ownership, financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, system implementations, and mentoring junior staff while partnering with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of technical accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly/quarterly/yearly close process with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare/review financial statements and GL analysis for units.
• Identify process improvements and optimize controls.
• Manage inventory reporting, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations.
• Support external audits and internal control framework.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Operations teams.
