• Communicate activities, milestones, and dependencies to management across regions.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet timelines, scope, and quality.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business cases and plans.
• Identify, escalate, and track risks and issues affecting business initiatives.
• Prepare updates and presentations for senior management within the finance organization.
• Collaborate with other project managers to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Build strong relationships with local and regional senior stakeholders.
