The role leads enterprise finance transformation programs, coordinating across people, process and technology teams, partnering with senior Finance stakeholders across distributed groups. Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years in PM/PMO, strong Finance process knowledge, and a proven track record managing large programs.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• Finance Transformation or Finance PMO initiatives experience.
• Experience on large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience with distributed teams.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• TOM initiatives experience preferred.
• Stable employment history with ownership of major initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple finance transformation projects from planning through completion.
• Manage activities across regions, functions and stakeholder groups.
• Develop and maintain project plans, business cases, assessments, comms, migration schedules, status reports.
• Partner with senior Finance stakeholders for strategic decisions and problem resolution.
• Identify, manage, mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Escalate risks and issues to management as needed.
• Coordinate resources across distributed teams.
• Support transitions, integrations and implementation activities.
• Establish project controls, governance and compliance processes.
• Support Target Operating Model initiatives and future-state operating model development.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior leadership.
