Job summary

Rose International is seeking a Senior Finance Project Manager for a large-scale transformation and change management program in Urbandale, IA. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and temporary with an 18-month horizon.

You will oversee cross-functional streams, manage executive stakeholders, and drive delivery of finance-related workstreams in a complex program. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years PM experience with strong governance and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance project management experience.
• Experience with large-scale program delivery and change management.
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead multiple work streams across locations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop project plans, risk registers and governance artifacts.
• Facilitate decision making and issue resolution with project sponsors.
