Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in program/project management, finance, or similar.
• Finance/Accounting analysis focused on decision support, not just operations.
• Strong cross-functional delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with complex, interdependent projects and shifting timelines.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and tech-enabled transformation.
• Bachelor-level technical or finance degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury.
• Define scope, gather requirements, build schedules, track progress, coordinate delivery.
• Communicate priorities with partners, tech teams, and senior stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and resources; mitigate blockers.
• Apply finance analysis to inform decisions and solution design.
• Drive execution in a fast-paced environment with clear decisions.
