Globalchannelmanagement is seeking a Sr. Finance Transformation Project Manager with 5–10+ years of PMO and transformation experience to lead enterprise finance initiatives.

You will design business cases, assessments, and communication plans while presenting updates to senior Finance leadership. The role requires coordinating multiple projects across regions, prioritizing work, and leveraging TOM principles to deliver major changes.

Formación

• 5–10+ years of Project Management experience in Finance Transformation or PMO
• Experience in large enterprise transformation programs
• Excellent executive communication skills
• Strong Microsoft 365 expertise
• Experience coordinating multiple enterprise projects
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Strong cultural fit with collaborative, team-oriented environments
• Adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced organizations
• Experience supporting TOM initiatives (learnable on the job)
• Stable employment background; proven delivery of major projects

Responsabilidades

• Designs and creates strategic documents such as Project Business cases, Assessments, Communication plans and detailed project plans. Presents project updates and makes presentations to senior level management within Finance
• Communicates to key management colleagues and team members the multiple project activities which need to be accomplished across regions or functions
• Prioritize, and manage multiple projects and programs
• Selects and utilizes project implementation documentation including implementation toolkits and migration schedules

Sr. Finance Transformation Project Manager needs 5–10+ years of Project Management experience

Requires:

• Experience leading Finance Transformation or Finance PMO initiatives
• Experience within large enterprise transformation programs
• Finance, Accounting background

• Must be experienced in major change initiatives and have a proven record of delivery of major projects.
