Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Lead for a remote consulting engagement. You will lead multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams, delivering practical future-state roadmaps.

You will partner with senior Finance and Accounting leaders, define project plans, governance, milestones, and KPIs, and ensure timely delivery while improving data quality and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, including Revenue Recognition, Order-to-Cash, Financial Controls, Tax Operations, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with a record of successful execution.
• Experience working directly with senior Finance and Accounting leaders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define practical future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Lead process optimization efforts focused on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and system effectiveness.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts while ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
