Eliassen Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Lead to direct multi-project initiatives across Finance, Tax and FP&A in a remote consulting role. The candidate will partner with Finance and Technology teams to advance data quality, reporting capabilities, and system effectiveness.

With 10+ years leading transformation programs, you will define roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and drive delivery while maintaining governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Business Administration or CS.
• MBA preferred; professional certifications like PMP/CPA/CMA/CBAP/Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
• Desirable: coursework/certifications in Finance Transformation, ERP systems, Project Management or Process Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Tech teams.
• Drive Revenue Recognition, O2C, and Global Indirect Tax transformation projects.
• Assess current finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models for improvements.
• Define future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance, milestones and accountability structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Lead process optimization for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology to improve data quality, reporting, and system effectiveness.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and changes; ensure timely objective delivery.
• Establish KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
