Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in finance transformation, strong leadership, and experience with ERP platforms, revenue recognition, and O2C processes. Consulting experience in enterprise settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Finance Transformation or Enterprise programs.
• Experience with Revenue Recognition, O2C, Tax operations and Financial Controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with ERP implementations and finance technology platforms.
• Consulting experience within large enterprise environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, O2C improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvements.
• Define future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and tech teams.
• Lead process optimization for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology to improve data quality, reporting, and systems.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts; ensure timely delivery.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive improvements.
