Eliassen Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Lead to steer multi-disciplinary initiatives from discovery through execution. Based remotely, you’ll collaborate with Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams to deliver measurable improvements in processes, controls, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years guiding large-scale transformations, ERP know-how, and a track record working with senior Finance leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, or Enterprise Transformation programs.
• Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives within complex organizations.
• Deep understanding of revenue recognition, O2C, tax operations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Tech teams.
• Drive projects on Revenue Recognition, O2C, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Define future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and tech teams.
