Eliassen Group is seeking a Finance Transformation Program Lead for remote engagements with clients in the communications sector. This consulting role leads finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.

You will define practical future-state solutions, build roadmaps, governance structures, and detailed project plans while partnering with senior Finance and Technology leaders to drive timely delivery and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Finance Transformation or related programs.
• Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Revenue Recognition, O2C, Tax Ops and Financial Reporting.
• Experience working with senior Finance leaders.
• Consulting experience in large enterprises preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, O2C, and Tax transformation.
• Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models.
• Define practical future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Lead process optimization for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and system effectiveness.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts while ensuring timely delivery.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
