You will deliver operating model design, FP&A, and automation initiatives, work with SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan, and travel 60–80% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 2–4 years relevant consulting experience in power and utilities.
• Experience with P&U finance functions and applications such as SAP, Oracle, and Power Plan.
• Business case development.
• Digital strategy.
• Finance compliance and regulation awareness.
• Finance quality, maturity, efficiency and operational risk assessment.
• Finance strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Finance sustainability.

• Familiarity with utility rate structures, recovery and revenue models.
• Understanding of power transmission and distribution economics and GAAP reporting.
• Defining and executing key deliverables.
• Managing project timelines and tracking progress.
• Engaging with clients regularly and leading working sessions.
• Travel 60–80% as needed to meet client needs.
