Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep finance background with ability to speak credibly about processes, impacts, and reporting.
• Oracle EBS experience, especially with heavy customization.
• Ability to interface with senior leadership and executive audiences.
• High emotional intelligence and diplomacy in sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple finance transformation initiatives including VAT redesign and transfer pricing configuration in Oracle EBS.
• Lead a collections automation initiative to improve working capital and bottom line.
• Oversee Oracle EBS system changes toward a future-state architecture.
• Interface with senior leaders across finance and technology; translate workstreams into status reports and executive updates.
• Engage technical and non-technical stakeholders; build alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Navigate sensitive team dynamics with diplomacy and maintain momentum in political environments.
• Partner with finance teams to address financial impacts identified by third-party assessment.
