Accenture is hiring a senior Finance Transformation leader to partner with CFOs and drive enterprise value. You will shape vision, strategy and outcomes for finance modernization, delivering data-driven insights and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years of finance transformation experience across multiple finance functions.
• Minimum 5 years in finance/accounting with management consulting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Resources industry (Utilities or Energy).

Responsibilities

• Help clients modernize their finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals and outcomes.
• Provide CFO with data and insights to drive shareholder value.
• Understand client challenges and offer solutions using leading practices.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor for Accenture projects and proposals.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, deliverables, and client buy-in.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Encourage innovation and support team career goals.
• Create strategies and blueprints using advanced operating models and emerging tech.
• Oversee digital transformations to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and growth.
