Job summary

Accenture seeks a leader in digital finance to drive finance transformation initiatives across client organizations. You will align financial strategies with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior leadership.

You will guide vision, strategy, and outcomes, manage risks and project economics, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver innovative finance solutions leveraging GenAI and ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Finance transformation experience across multiple Finance functions.
• 5+ years in finance/accounting with management consulting.
• 3+ years in the Resources (Utilities or Energy) sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients.
• Partner with CFOs to set vision, strategy, and outcomes.
• Provide data insights to drive shareholder value and change narratives.
• Manage engagement risk, economics, and deliverables with client buy-in.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and assist in proposals and deployments.
• Oversee digital transformations using modern operating models and technologies.
• Grow the practice through business development and team leadership.
• Stay current on trends in digital finance, analytics, and regulatory changes.
