Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Finance transformation leader to partner with CFOs and drive value across the enterprise. You will guide vision, strategy, and outcomes, translating data into insights for compelling change narratives and shareholder value.

Lead engagements, advise senior leadership, and foster innovation while leveraging ERP ecosystems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and GenAI capabilities to modernize finance functions and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of Finance transformation experience across multiple finance functions.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and/or accounting with management consulting experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Resources industry (Utilities or Energy).

Responsibilities

• Help clients modernize their finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals, and outcomes.
• Provide CFO with data and insights to create a compelling change narrative and drive shareholder value.
• Understand client challenges and apply leading practices to solve complex business problems.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor for Accenture projects and proposals in your area of expertise.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, deliverables, and client buy-in.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Encourage innovation and career development within the team.
• Create blueprints using advanced operating models, processes, and technologies to improve operations and drive growth.
• Oversee digital transformations and identify needed skills, data, operating models, automation, and enabling tech like FinTech apps and GenAI.
• Find modern technology and data solutions and share best practices across the industry.
• Contribute to business development and growth through proposals and relationships.
