Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior Finance transformation leader in the United States to partner with CFOs and drive enterprise value by modernizing finance functions, delivering data-driven insights, and guiding strategic change.

You will lead vision and strategy, work with executive stakeholders, manage engagements and risk, and help grow the CFO-focused practice with innovative solutions and GenAI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of Finance transformation experience across multiple Finance function areas.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and/or accounting with management consulting experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Resources industry (Utilities or Energy).
• Bonus points for engagement management and senior-level client interface.

Responsibilities

• Help clients modernize their finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes.
• Provide CFOs with data and insights to drive shareholder value.
• Understand client challenges and provide solutions using leading practices.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor for Accenture projects and proposals.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, deliverables, and client buy-in.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Encourage innovation and career development within teams.
• Create blueprints using advanced operating models and emerging technologies.
