Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader in CFO-enterprise value, focusing on transforming finance functions and aligning financial strategy with business goals. You will guide vision, data-driven insights, and advisory services to senior leadership and drive global efficiency and growth.

Role requires extensive experience in finance transformation, management consulting, and engagement management, with deep knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Workday and GenAI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of Finance transformation experience across Finance function areas.
• 5+ years of finance and/or accounting with management consulting experience.
• 3+ years experience in the Resources industry (Utilities or Energy).
• Significant engagement management and people development.
• Interface with senior-level (C-suite) clients.
• Experience with Finance technology and data solutions across accounting, tax, treasury, planning, and analytics.
• Familiar with Gen AI and related technologies.
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle, Workday and interdependencies across finance tech.
• Strong communication, requirements documentation, and value articulation.
• MBA or advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Help clients modernize finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes.
• Provide CFO with data and insights to drive shareholder value.
• Understand client challenges and provide solutions using leading practices.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor for Accenture projects.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, deliverables, and client buy-in.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Encourage innovation and support team career goals.
• Create strategies using operating models, processes, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee digital transformations to drive efficiency, effectiveness, experience and growth.
• Identify required skillsets, data, operating models, process automation, analytics and enabling tech.
• Find modern technology and data solutions; share best practices.
• Grow the practice through business development activities.
• Stay current on trends, technologies, and regulations in digital finance.
• Drive incremental sales by leading teams to respond to proposals.
