Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a senior Finance transformation leader to partner with CFOs and drive value across client organizations. You will define vision and strategy for finance modernization, delivering data-driven insights and scalable operating models while guiding cross-functional teams through complex change.

You will work with SAP, Oracle, and Workday ecosystems, align finance processes with business goals, and support senior executives with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of Finance transformation across multiple Finance functions.
• 5+ years in finance and/or accounting with management consulting experience.
• 3+ years in the Resources industry (Utilities or Energy).

Responsibilities

• Help clients modernize their finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals, and outcomes.
• Provide CFO with data and insights to drive shareholder value.
• Understand client challenges and apply leading practices to solve complex problems.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor for Accenture projects and proposals.
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, deliverables, and client buy-in.
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• Encourage team innovation and career growth.
• Create strategies using advanced operating models and emerging technologies.
• Oversee digital transformations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and growth; identify needed skills, data, and technology.
