Job summary

Accenture is seeking a CFO & Enterprise Value-focused consultant to partner with finance executives and drive value across the enterprise. You will help modernize finance functions, manage risk, and deliver technology-enabled transformations that improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of finance management consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience in Finance operations (e.g., Financial Close, External Reporting, Intercompany, Consolidations, Order-to-Cash, or Invoice-to-Pay).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with finance ERP/EPM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients clearly in workshops and requirements; documentation experience.
• Experience in Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Energy, Health, High-Tech Industrial, or Utilities industries.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in modernizing their finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals, and key outcomes.
• Assist project teams in managing risk, identifying client challenges, and managing deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Identify needed skillsets, data, operating models, process automation, analytics, workflows, and enabling technology (FinTech apps, AI/ML/GenAI for Finance).
• Share best practices across the industry and stay updated on trends, technologies, and regulations in digital finance and the CFO ecosystem.
