Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Sr. Manager Financial Systems to design and enhance the Financial Systems platform (IBM Planning Analytics/TM1).

You will support finance processes, build reports, and train end users, partnering with finance teams to ensure accurate financial results. The role emphasizes robust data modelling, OLAP, and integration with ERP and databases, with opportunities to influence system design and controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years data engineering experience.
• 5+ years with IBM TM1/Planning Analytics 2.0 including system configuration, model building and developing UI.
• 3+ years TM1Py, REST API.
• 3+ years PowerShell, Python.
• Advanced knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing and OLAP databases.
• TM1: rules, TI processes, security, websheets and workspace UI.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and MDX.
• Corporate finance experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP and relational/non-relational databases.
• Experience delivering formal training curriculum.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Nice to have Workday Finance knowledge.
• Nice to have Gen AI experience in Finance.

Responsibilities

• Design, test and implement reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Provide training to end-users on financial systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure consistent design.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports, tools, and templates.
• Analyze data with finance staff to ensure accurate results.
• Provide risk assessment for new functionality and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Create knowledge-sharing docs and formal training curricula.
• Monitor controls and audits.
• Document technical and business requirements and data flow.
