Job summary

McGraw Hill seeks a seasoned IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Manager to lead design, development and maintenance of TM1 solutions. You will manage architects, analysts, and TI processes while aligning budgeting, planning, and forecasting with business goals.

The role emphasizes team leadership, collaboration with Finance and IT, and overseeing system administration, data integrations, and dashboards in PAW. Remote US-based position with potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) experience including cloud deployments.
• 4–5 years of managerial experience leading TM1 teams and projects.
• Strong knowledge of TM1 architecture, TI, rules, and feeders; budgeting and forecasting expertise.
• Experience with SQL, data warehousing, ETL, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of TM1 models and PAW dashboards.
• Mentor TM1 developers, oversee projects, and enforce development standards.
• Collaborate with Finance/FP&A to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee system administration, data integrations, and SOX/compliance tasks.
