Job summary

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a Sr. IT Financial Analyst to join the Procurement and Vendor Management team in Chicago.

You will strengthen financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for technology projects, partnering with IT and Finance leaders to ensure accuracy and integrity across technology spend. In this role you’ll build dashboards in Sigma and PowerBI, support procurement activities, and review POs against budgets and YTD actuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation, ideally supporting technology cost centers.
• Strong analytical skills — track spend against budget and present executive summaries.
• Experience building dashboards/reports to communicate spend and trends to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for PO/budget review and light PO administration.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to budget planning and forecast update cycles for Technology spend and global inbound market data spend.
• Reviews and consolidates budget and forecast data using FP&A templates and assists with updating guidance materials.
• Performs monthly reconciliation and prepares executive summaries of budget‑vs‑actuals.
• Builds and maintains dashboards and reporting (Sigma, PowerBI, Tableau) covering IT spend and vendor cost trends.
• Assists with procurement systems, contract management, and PO generation requests.
