Job summary

Cboe Global Markets, headquartered in the Chicago area, seeks a Sr. Manager Financial Systems to shape and support the Finance Systems platform built on IBM Planning Analytics/TM1.

You will design, test, and deploy scalable solutions and partner with Finance to align processes and reporting. The role requires deep data engineering skills, TM1/Planning Analytics expertise, and experience with TM1Py, REST API, PowerShell and Python.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data engineering experience.
• 5+ years with IBM TM1/Planning Analytics 2.0.
• 3+ years with TM1Py and REST API.
• 3+ years with PowerShell and Python.
• Advanced knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, OLAP databases.
• TM1 technical skills: rules, TI, security, websheets, UI development.
• Proficiency in SQL and MDX for reporting and analysis.
• Finance domain experience: planning, budgeting, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Design, test and implement reliable, scalable, and efficient solutions.
• Provide support, training, and guidance to end-users on financial systems.
• Partner with Finance teams to ensure consistent design and processes.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports, tools, and templates.
• Analyze data and ensure financial results are accurate and complete.
• Assess risks for new functionality and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Create training curriculum and documentation.
• Monitor controls and audits; document requirements and data flows.
