Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Integration Analyst to oversee interfaces moving data across our financial systems, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, procurement, and reporting. The role sits on the Finance Systems team and partners with IT for platform development.

The successful candidate will lead integration design, testing, and production support, with a focus on data integrity, security, and timely close.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core financial processes and GL, AP, AR, procurement, payroll, and close.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and file-based interfaces.
• Experience with middleware or ETL tools and integration-platforms.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle, version control, and change management.
• Ability to translate design concepts to finance stakeholders and document integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ERP integrations with internal/3rd party apps.
• Build and support integrations using APIs, middleware, ETL, and secure file transfers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Procurement to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Integrate financial apps with banking platforms, tax systems, expense tools, and reporting.
• Lead integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
