Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or General Business is preferred.
• 1–3 years of billing, invoicing, or operations support preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees through performance management and training.
• Manage customer onboarding activities including billing configurations and implementations.
• Review and process customer credits, billing corrections, and financial adjustments.
• Act as escalation point for complex financial, customer, and system issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Customer Success, IT, Pricing, and Finance to resolve processes.
• Support system implementations, acquisitions, and business integrations related to billing and onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement efficiencies through automation.
