Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Finance Systems Integrations to support and optimize the finance technology ecosystem. This hands-on role focuses on integrations across NetSuite, Kyriba, banking platforms, Databricks, Cube, and Workato, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical Business Systems Analysis, Enterprise Applications, Systems Integration, Finance Systems, or a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Treasury, FP&A, intercompany, payments, cash management, financial reporting).
• Experience with an ERP/financial systems platform, preferably NetSuite, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to create technical requirements, interface specifications, data mappings, process flows, diagrams, and system documentation.
• Experience analyzing integration requirements, source-to-target mappings, system data models, and technical specifications for end-to-end solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application integration concepts, APIs, data mappings, middleware/iPaaS, file-based integrations, and common integration patterns.
• Experience with integration platforms like Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Azure Integration Services, or similar.
• Understanding of integration security concepts (OAuth, API tokens, certificates, service accounts, secrets management).
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues using logs, API responses, payloads, authentication details, and diagnostic information.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into system and integration solutions across Finance, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams.
• Develop and maintain integration requirements, technical specs, data mappings, and process flows for NetSuite, Kyriba, banking platforms, Databricks, Cube, Workato, and related systems.
• Analyze APIs, data models, integration patterns, and source-to-target mappings to recommend scalable approaches.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, vendors, and partners to design, test, deploy, monitor, and support integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues by reviewing logs, API responses, payloads, and authentication details; document fixes and workarounds.
• Help establish reusable integration standards, monitoring practices, reconciliation processes, and production support routines.
