NFI Industries is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Integration Analyst to design, develop, test, and maintain integrations between the ERP financial system and internal or third‑party applications, supporting data movement across the GL, AP, AR, payroll, procurement, and reporting modules.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP and financial applications, system integrations, APIs, data transformation, and accounting processes.
• Lead integration initiatives involving general ledger, payables, receivables, procurement, payroll, banking, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integrations between the ERP financial system and internal or third-party applications.
• Build and support integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, ETL tools, database procedures, and secure file transfers.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll and Procurement teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Integrate financial applications with banking platforms, payment processors, tax systems, expense platforms and reporting tools.
• Analyze source and target data structures and create field mappings, transformation rules, reconciliation controls, and exception-handling processes.
• Lead integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure integrations meet security, data privacy, segregation-of-duties, and financial-control requirements.
• Support financial close activities by ensuring interfaces are complete, accurate, and processed within required timelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management.
