Jostens in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Finance Shared Services. This role partners with Finance, IT and Operations to optimize processes, drive automation, and improve data-driven decision making.

You will lead initiatives across AP/AR, develop governance, and deliver executive dashboards to support strategic decisions. The position offers a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Shared Services, Finance Operations, Business Analytics, Finance Transformation or Process Improvement.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own Shared Services transaction flows; identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities across AP/AR.
• Establish governance and performance monitoring for key processes and metrics.
• Lead strategic process transformation including automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Define future-state capabilities; support ERP and financial systems strategy.
• Develop exec dashboards, KPIs and models for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and report progress to stakeholders.
