Job summary

Jostens is seeking a finance professional to support accounting and financial analyses across IT and marketing areas. You will prepare plans, forecasts and variance analyses for leadership, translating numbers into actionable insights.

The role requires a four-year accounting or finance degree with 5–8 years of experience. Hybrid work options are available and the salary range reflects market norms in the U.S. with an annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting skills combined with business acumen.
• Working/advanced level skills with Excel and Access.
• Preferred experience/proficiency with Oracle mainframe G/L systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual financial plans, quarterly forecasts and monthly variances for IT and part of Marketing.
• Prepare capital expenditure plans and forecasts.
• Prepare IT project justification and CAPEX requests in line with policy.
• Record contracts in prepaid expenses and set up amortization schedules.
• Handle cost planning for marketing collateral and related cost recovery.
• Record accruals related to contractor spend and capitalization entries for software.
