Abacus Group, LLC seeks a Senior Analyst for its Manhattan, NY office. You will lead finance reporting projects, partner with reporting technology teams, and drive modernization using AI and Adaptive Planning.

The role requires presenting to leadership and coordinating across time zones. Responsibilities include developing financial reports, supporting planning initiatives, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy.

Competenze

• 2–5 years in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Ability to present to leadership on modernization opportunities.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of AI tools and their application to reporting.
• Experience coordinating across multiple time zones on complex projects.
• Experience creating custom reports in Workday, SAP, or Oracle.

• Lead reporting projects from planning through deployment.
• Serve as primary reporting liaison between finance and reporting technology teams.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting using OfficeConnect, Adaptive Planning, AI.
• Support Adaptive Planning initiatives and system improvements.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues for divisional finance teams.
• Coordinate internal and external financial reporting with corporate finance.
• Validate data and analysis for accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with finance to identify reporting opportunities and process improvements.
• Manage reporting projects with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement AI and Adaptive Planning to automate manual processes.
