Abacus Group, LLC is seeking a finance professional to deliver analyses, build models, and create dashboards that inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Strategy, and HR on cross-functional initiatives and contribute to monthly performance reporting.

The role requires strong modeling and communication skills, a proactive outlook on process improvement, and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of financial services experience.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly and present financial information to executive audiences.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
