Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a Senior Accountant, Reporting & Analysis to join its corporate finance team. This role focuses on global financial reporting, consolidation, FP&A, and analytics, with technology-driven process improvements.

The position emphasizes leveraging AI, Power BI, D365, OneStream, and other modern tools to drive insights, automate processes, and support better business decisions. Hybrid schedule up to 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience is required.
• Public accounting experience is required.
• Experience with multi-currency global consolidations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with GAAP reporting and new accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead global consolidation, reporting, and financial analysis efforts.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, management commentary, and audited financial statements.
• Review GAAP financial reporting and assist with new accounting standards implementation.
• Lead FP&A activities including forecasting, latest estimate cycles, business reviews, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Analyze financial results to identify key drivers, trends, and opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance financial analysis and reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Support accounting and financial analysis related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
