Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Senior Manager of Planning Systems to own the architecture behind consolidated planning and reporting. You will lead a small team, manage the planning systems roadmap, and drive scalable, system-based finance processes across FP&A.

You will stay hands-on with data and models while enabling the team to deliver accurate, timely inputs for the Board and senior leadership in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic finance / FP&A and finance systems or transformation.
• Hands-on experience with planning platforms (Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive) and data integration.
• Proven track record leading finance transformation initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and reporting engine for annual plan, LRPs, and forecasts.
• Lead a small team of analysts; own roadmap and governance of planning systems.
• Design data flows connecting planning platform to ERP and BI stacks.
