Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A to join our strategic finance organization. You will own consolidated planning, build core models, and support executive- and Board-facing materials.

You will run the forecast cycle, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver decision-ready analyses that explain variances and identify risks and opportunities for leadership consideration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills, including consolidated P&L and scenario models from scratch.
• Strong communication skills; ability to distill complex analysis for senior leadership.
• Experience manipulating large datasets; SQL or Looker is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and own components of the consolidated financial model across annual planning, long-range plan, and quarterly forecast cycles.
• Run the forecast cycle end-to-end and identify risks and opportunities for leadership action.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions.
• Own executive-facing deliverables including Weekly Business Review, OpEx reviews, and Board materials.
• Create analyses explaining reasons behind variances versus plan and forecast.
• Collaborate with category, marketing, and ops finance to consolidate inputs into a corporate view.
• Build Excel/Google Sheet models from scratch to answer business questions.
• Define KPIs and automate reporting around them.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning and reporting infrastructure using AI/automation.
