Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Director of Strategic Finance - Planning Systems to own the architecture behind consolidated planning and reporting. You will design system-based inputs flowing into a unified corporate view for senior leadership and the Board.

This hands-on role combines strong financial and business acumen with planning tools expertise, driving finance transformation in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.
• 12+ years in strategic finance/FP&A and finance systems.
• Strong financial and business acumen with P&L, budgeting, forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with EPM/planning platforms (Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, Planful).
• Experience leading finance transformation end-to-end.
• Ability to translate large data into decision-ready outputs.
• Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and reporting engine for annual plan, long-range plan, and forecast cycles.
• Lead design, implementation, and admin of the planning platform.
• Define end-to-end planning systems roadmap and governance.
• Drive finance transformation to automate and standardize workflows.
• Design data flows linking planning platform to ERP, data warehouse, BI.
• Produce executive deliverables: Weekly Business Review, OpEx, and Board materials.
• Collaborate with accounting, data eng, analytics on architecture.
• Standardize inputs gathering and consolidation into a single view.
• Establish controls, data governance, and process docs.
