Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a senior FP&A leader to own planning systems architecture, lead a dedicated team, and drive the finance transformation. You will shape an enterprise roadmap and partner with executives to deliver strategic insight.

You will design data integrations to ERP and BI stack, deliver executive dashboards, and enable data-driven decisions across the organization. This role supports flexible remote work and a talent-first culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A and finance systems.
• Experience leading a team and reporting to executive leadership.
