Job summary

Help At Home seeks a Manager, FP&A Systems & Reporting to own FP&A planning and reporting governance. You will lead the data, models, and dashboards across Power BI and PBCS, partnering with IT and finance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalable processes.

The role focuses on automating reporting, reducing manual Excel work, and setting standards for FP&A analytics. Travel annually to support cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions.
• Ability to create executive-level dashboards and presentations.
• Hands-on experience administering FP&A systems (PBCS/Hyperion) and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as system administrator for PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
• Define and manage FP&A data ownership, review protocols, and reconciliation standards.
• Maintain FP&A models including Market, FSC, and Consolidation tools; ensure version control.
