Hims & Hers is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Technology to own FP&A for the Technology organization, managing forecasts, headcount, SBC, cloud spend, and other operating expenses. You will build models and partner with Technology and Finance leaders to translate operations into financial insight.

This high-impact role requires 4+ years in FP&A, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-finance partners.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years in FP&A or related analytic roles.
• 4+ years building/manipulating financial models and large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate financial concepts for non-finance partners.
• Bias toward ownership and action in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly forecast for Technology, including headcount, SBC, and operating expenses.
• Lead budget-versus-actual analyses, surfacing drivers and risks.
• Prepare monthly budget deck and narrate insights for leadership.
• Manage headcount pacing with hiring managers and backfills across the plan.
• Own opex pacing across Technology and keep spend aligned to plan.
• Build models for cloud/infrastructure spend and forecast usage-driven costs.
• Drive resource tagging and initiative-level tracking for spend traceability.
• Partner on trade-offs and financial implications of decisions.
