Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years in a management role with financial planning/analysis experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership and drive highly complex, time-sensitive requests across the business and partners.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
• Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly deliverables related to financial reporting and forecasting.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue, expenses, and profitability to guide decisions.
• Develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making.
• Monitor performance against budget and forecast; investigate variances.
