HP, Inc. seeks a senior finance leader to guide critical business initiatives across global finance teams. You will oversee analysts, analyze, report, reconcile results, and drive process improvements while mentoring staff.

This role partners with business leaders to inform strategic decisions, manage ROI, and shape budgeting and planning policies. Eligible for bonus/equity; US-based; full-time.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline or commensurate experience.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field.
• CFA certification is preferred.

• Leads and advises on crucial business initiatives across finance sub-functions and geographies.

• Conducts highly complex financial analysis to achieve objectives.
