HP in Houston seeks a Principal, Strategic Finance & Operations for its Digital Services group. The role drives alignment, forecasting, and performance management across the business, coordinating with FP&A, CO Markets and business teams to ensure cohesive, data-driven investment governance.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in finance/strategy within tech or SaaS, and a proven ability to distill complex data into concise executive briefs and actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, strategy or business operations within technology, services or SaaS organizations.
• Experience managing executive-level deliverables, business planning cycles or governance frameworks.
• Ability to distill complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation of business performance across Digital Services.
• Manage governance cadence for QBRs, SBTNs and Investment Reviews.
• Develop forecast summaries, risk assessments and ROI analyses for strategic investments.
• Partner with leaders to align initiatives and track KPIs across businesses.
• Coordinate planning cycles and ensure consistency of assumptions and metrics.
• Prepare strategy decks for executive review and translate data into actionable narratives.
• Drive improvements in planning, reporting and governance processes.
