Job summary

hireneXus, a rapidly growing private equity‑backed organization in the United States, seeks a Vice President of Finance to serve as the senior financial leader for a multi‑site operation. You will partner with the C‑suite to shape strategy, strengthen performance, and build scalable infrastructure to support expansion.

This role translates business objectives into financial insight, delivers dashboards and forecasts, assesses investments and pricing, and leads a high‑performing finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Progressive finance leadership experience supporting complex, multi-site or high-growth organizations.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to influence strategy and growth.
• Expertise in financial planning & analysis, forecasting, modeling, and decision support.
• Experience designing scalable finance processes, reporting frameworks, and controls.
• Strong commercial/operational acumen with strategic investments evaluation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all organizational levels.
• PE-backed or rapidly growing company experience preferred.
• MBA/CPA/CFA or advanced designation is a plus.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or scaling initiatives is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic finance partner to executive leadership on performance, initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Direct financial planning activities including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis.
• Build and enhance reporting with dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Evaluate performance through analysis to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Lead development of financial models for investments, pricing, and capital deployment.
• Champion scalable finance processes, governance, and data accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to embed finance in planning and execution.
• Provide oversight for strategic initiatives by measuring risks and recommending actions.
• Partner with accounting leadership to ensure reporting, controls, and governance remain strong.
• Prepare financial analyses, business cases, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance organization.
