Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking a senior client-facing finance professional within the BPS Finance team to design, implement and run high-quality finance and accounting operations for multinational clients. You will lead global delivery teams, advise on IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP matters, and help embed automation and continuous improvement across finance processes.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong accounting, reporting and finance operations experience.
• Experience delivering managed services, outsourcing or complex finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Client delivery and relationship management across multiple locations and time zones.
• Oversee accounting, management reporting, statutory reporting and IFRS/GAAP matters.
• Governance of service levels, KPIs and client expectations.
• Lead UK-based and delivery centre teams with defined roles and SOPs.
• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement of finance processes.
• Support business planning, recruitment and strategic objectives of BPS Finance.
