PwC is seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant - Finance Operations, Manager, to lead client engagements aimed at improving financial operations, streamlining processes, and reducing costs through redesign, automation, and shared services. You will coach teams and guide workstreams across planning, budgeting, and delivery while leveraging digital tooling.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience, with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in finance transformation or related consulting roles.
Experience leading multi-workstream engagements and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

Leading finance transformation workstreams to improve operations, controls, and cost efficiency
Managing client engagement planning, budgets, timelines, and delivery across multiple activities
Guiding teams in assessing financial processes and opportunities for automation and redesign
Developing solutions for finance systems implementation and shared services
Reviewing deliverables across accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting
Leveraging analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support decisions
Coaching team members on accounting practices and internal controls
Building relationships with client leaders to align priorities and expectations
