Job summary

Deloitte UK seeks a Workday Senior Finance Lead to drive advisory and delivery across transformation initiatives in Finance with a focus on Workday. You will guide advisory and delivery projects, shaping the solution architecture, end-to-end processes, and data flows in collaboration with business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing (including storage, platforms and data).
• Relevant work experience in Finance technology or related field.
• Translate business requirements into specific system, application or process designs covering both functional and nonfunctional aspects.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of Workday transactional data flows and support for data migration activities.
• Workday Finance, FDM and Engagement Manager Certified.
• Possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in at least four end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Demonstrated understanding of automation, CI/CD and cloud-based delivery models.
• Able to express complex concepts in plain language for broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Leading on advisory and delivery projects, from helping clients with their transformation strategies to supporting the full lifecycle of Workday delivery projects.
• Developing clients' overall solution architecture and end-to-end processes, supported by Workday technology.
• Identifying client process and technology issues and recommending solutions.
• Demonstrating a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to an inclusive culture.
