Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager for Finance Digital Enablement to lead enterprise transformation programs across the Finance organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex transformation, Finance transformation, or cross-functional programs in large organizations.
• Experience supporting Finance transformation initiatives and knowledge of key Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Revenue, Treasury, Tax).
• Experience with enterprise technology implementations, system integrations, testing, deployment planning, and stabilization.
• Strong governance, planning, dependency management, risk management, executive reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs with significant business impact and organizational visibility.
• Define objectives, scope, governance, milestones, resources, and success measures for programs.
• Maintain an integrated view across processes, technology, data, controls, readiness, and impacts.
• Drive execution from mobilization through stabilization to operational ownership.
• Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans and sequencing with stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance leaders, Global Process Owners, and IT to define dependencies and approaches.
• Align Finance, IT, Procurement, Sales, Treasury, HR, Audit, and partners for delivery.
• Establish governance models, steering committees, and executive reporting focused on outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate requirements, design, integrations, testing, deployment, and stabilization with owners.
• Drive business readiness, adoption planning, communications, and training.
• Track value realization and ensure benefits are achieved post-deployment.
• Contribute to delivery methodologies and promote best practices across programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
