Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal Program Manager for Finance Digital Enablement to lead broad, enterprise‑scale transformation programs across the Finance organization. You will partner with Business Owners, Global Process Owners, and IT Product Owners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure successful execution.

You will drive governance, risk management, and cross‑functional delivery to realize measurable business value and enable rapid adoption of new processes and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex transformation programs in large organizations.
• Experience with Finance processes and enterprise technology implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation programs with enterprise impact across Finance.
• Translate strategy into actionable delivery plans with clear governance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across Finance, IT, Procurement, Sales, and HR.
• Establish governance, reporting, and risk management for programs.
