Job summary

Deloitte's Workday Finance Team in the UK seeks an experienced Workday Finance Associate Director to lead advisory and delivery projects, shaping enterprise finance transformations and leading functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Workday implementations.

You will drive end-to-end Workday implementations, translate business requirements into technical designs, and mentor teams across dispersed client sites, delivering measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, EPM and cloud computing.
• Finance technology experience or related field.
• Finance transformation experience with Workday.
• Translate business requirements into system designs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Workday data flows and migrations.
• End-to-end Workday implementations (2+).
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Engage in advisory and delivery projects, from transformation strategies to full lifecycle.
• Develop overall solution architecture and end-to-end processes supported by Workday technology.
• Identify client process and integration issues and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate commitment to creating an inclusive culture.
• Provide specialist knowledge of Workday Financials.
