Job summary

Fermi America is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Finance Operations in Dallas with a hybrid work model. You will support finance systems implementations, project finance modeling, and finance process transformation across large capital programs in energy and infrastructure.

You will partner with FP&A, Accounting, and IT to translate operational assumptions into robust financial inputs and deliver insights for senior leadership under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel modeling with clear drivers, scenarios, and checks.
• Experience with ERP/EPM implementations or major process changes.
• Strong communication of financial stories to non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Finance tools like Oracle Fusion, EPM, Unifier and improve reporting.
• Map and optimize procure-to-pay, project costing, capex, and close processes.
• Standardize model templates, drivers, and assumptions to ensure consistency.
• Define which transactional activities move to a shared-services model with clear SLAs.
• Document procedures and owners; track improvement against plan and report progress.
